We have the requisite expertise, qualifications and partnerships to offer the full range of estate administration services. Our Managing Director is a qualified Associate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and our paralegal and chartered accountancy qualifications underpin our broad knowledge base. We also work closely with other specialist probate professionals to ensure that we can offer our clients all the services they require.

Engaging solicitors to complete the whole estate administration process can be very expensive, typically incurring fees of hundreds of £’s per hour, which can accumulate to many thousands of £’s for more complex estates. We only engage solicitors where necessary and can therefore offer our clients more affordable services, whilst still ensuring the highest standards.

We can run comprehensive searches for missing estate assets to ensure that our clients do not overlook any when they are administering and distributing estates.

We can assist our clients in ensuring that all debts & liabilities are identified and settled before net estate values are calculated prior to distribution.

 

Distributing Funds

 
 

Our chartered accountant can receive and distribute our clients’ estate funds through a dedicated client account set up for this purpose.
